DESCRIPTION:Save the Dates!\n&nbsp\;\nCelebrate the 250th anniversary of
 the reading of the Declaration of Independence in Weston.\nBenefit Cocktail
 Party\, Tuesday\, September 8\, 5:30-7:30 at Town Hall. Come hear a lively
 reading of the Declaration and enjoy Colonial-era hors d’oeuvres and
 drinks.\n\nProceeds benefit Weston Historical Society. Purchase tickets to
 the cocktail party here.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nReadings of the Declaration of
 Independence\, Sunday September 13\, 12 noon in front of First Parish
 Church and 2 pm on the porch at the Josiah Smith Tavern\n\nTavern Stroll\,
 Sunday\, September 13\, 12:00 to 4:00. Begin with a visit to the Golden
 Ball Tavern Museum. Stroll begins at the Golden Ball at 1:00 pm\, led by
 George Washington\, Paul Revere on his horse\, Abigail Adams\, and other
 revolutionary-era figures. Stop at the historic Burgoyne Elm and continue
 to the Josiah Smith Tavern\, where there will be Colonial games and
 entertainments\, a Magic Lantern show\, Declaration of Independence reading
 at 2 pm\, as well as food\, local arts and crafts\, and horse-drawn
 carriage rides.\n\nFree and open to all. Bring the entire family! For
