DESCRIPTION:To meet Massachusetts goals for reducing greenhouse gas
 emissions by 2030\, 2040 and 2050\, we need to replace our fossil-fuel
 appliances\, including heating/cooling systems\, with electric ones as they
 wear out.  When an appliance dies\, it is almost always at a time when we
 need to act immediately. A good plan ensures that we replace appliances
 before they die\, thus avoiding costly last-minute decisions\, and at
 worst\, installing another fossil-fuel model.\n\n\nEdith Buhs will walk us
 through the planning process\, identifying the most critical items to
 replace and when to do so\, providing guidance on useful planning tools\, 
 and identifying resources for unique personal situations.  We’ll leave
