The event will highlight NAF's mission to advance civic engagement\, education\, and justice for Muslim women through voter information sessions\, community outreach\, and educational programming\, including the production of documentaries addressing pressing global issues.\n\nThis year's program will feature opening remarks from Nazda Alam\, Founder and President\, followed by an award presentation to Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan and a keynote address by Vermont State Senator Kesha Ram Hinsdale. The Foundation is honored to welcome Eva Millona as a featured speaker. Ms. Millona is an Immigration Attorney who served the Biden/Harris administration from 2021-2025 as DHS Assistant Secretary for Partnership and Engagement and Chief of the Office of Citizenship. She was the president and CEO of MIRA in 2010 and co-founded the National Partnership for New Americans. As a renowned leader and advocate for the empowerment of immigrant women and civic engagement\, her work has inspired communities nationwide to increase their participation in social and political life.
