 Submitting your application early ensures you receive your ballot as soon
 as it becomes available.\n 	Already applied?  If you’ve already
 submitted your application\, your ballot will be mailed to you once ballots
 are ready for distribution.\n 	Fill out your ballot  Follow all
 instructions carefully to ensure your vote is counted. This includes
 signing the envelope where required and completing all sections
 accurately.\n 	Return your ballot  You may mail your ballot back or drop
 it off at an approved local drop box or municipal building. Returning your
