Friends of the Weston Public Library Pie Pre-Sale

This pre-sale is only open to current FWPL members. Please email Jess at tajhilliard@gmail.com to check your membership status. If you are not a member and would like to join, you may do so here.

All pies are 8-inches and cost $25. Payment will be collected at pick up. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

There are a limited number of pies, so once they are sold out, they will no longer be available for pre-sale. There will be a limited number of pies sold at the regular bake sale.

Pick up will take place on Thursday, November 12th at 5pm at the Book and Bake Sale at the Weston Public Library.

Pies can be frozen and served on Thanksgiving. Here are some tips on freezing your pies:

1 – Wrap them tightly in a layer of plastic wrap and a layer of foil before storing them in the freezer.

2 – The pies can be frozen for up to 3 months, but for the best texture, consume within 1 month.

3 – Thaw pies in the refrigerator. Pies thawed at room temperature will result in a very soggy crust.

4 – Once the pie is fully thawed, you an rewarm it in a 350F preheated oven for 10-15 min.

4 – Store thawed pies in the fridge after serving, and consume within 3-4 days.
