Do you love real maple syrup? Want to discover new ways to use this delicious (and healthy!) local ingredient in your own kitchens?  Join acclaimed pastry chef Amy Snyder for a hands-on Maple Madness workshop at Land’s Sake Farm. Using LSF’s own syrup, we will prepare Maple Mojitos, fresh greens with Maple-Dijon Vinaigrette, Maple-Miso Salmon, Bourbon-spiked Maple Pudding Cakes, Old-fashioned Maple Custard Pie and even Chef Snyder’s 5-minute Cold Cure.

Each student will bring home samples, a packet of foolproof recipes, techniques, tips and tricks for making magic from this liquid gold.

Bring a friend, an apron, wear comfortable clothes and be ready for fun!
