Connect with your body and the earth in this opportunity to do yoga outside on the farm! Laurel Kulow will guide you through a hatha-style class that focuses primarily on basic postures and alignment with some flow between poses. Connecting each movement to breath, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, present, and energized for the day. This class is for all levels – beginners encouraged to join!
