This year’s event offers a vitally important educational opportunity and a delightful musical experience. If you have ever wondered about the hundreds of women who played significant roles in securing rights, freedom, and justice for all marginalized people, this program is for you.
Dr. Thea Iberall and her team have produced a film based on the popular play, “We Did It for You.” The production captures the impact of women activists from the 17th-century Suffragettes through those up until the 21st century. While the film highlights many accomplishments across diverse races, religions, and backgrounds, you can learn even more by visiting the “We Did It for You” website.
