June is LGBTQIA+ Pride Month, and we believe that putting a face and a personal meaning to Pride is one of the most powerful ways to spark honest conversation about why Pride matters. Pride is not one story; it’s many.
This Faces of Pride panel brings together community members – both employees and residents – who will share what Pride means to them. Their perspectives, whether rooted in lived experience, advocacy, celebration, or self discovery, offer a starting point for deeper understanding.
After these reflections, we will open the floor for questions and discussion. This is an opportunity to listen, learn, and engage in thoughtful conversation about the role Pride plays in our lives, our community, and our shared future.
