Yoga at Land’s Sake Farm

Connect with your body and the earth with outside on the farm! Laurel Kulow will guide you through a hatha-style class that focuses on basic postures and alignment, with some flow between poses.

Location:  Land’s Sake Farm, 90 Wellesley St., Weston.  The class will be held near the peach trees behind the Farmstand — we will have signage posted and send a map in our confirmation email the week before.

Date/Time:  Wednesdays, June 18 – July 30, 9-10am.  Register for one week or several!

What to Bring:  We recommend everyone bring their own mats and/or towels, but we will have some available upon request.
