WLNI Says Thanks 

A huge thank you to all who participated in the recent Weston Local News Initiative Survey! The strong response rate has been extremely helpful. It has confirmed that there’s real interest in reviving an independent, nonpartisan, general-purpose, local news and information publication in town.  

The Weston Local News Initiative team held a public forum on March 14, 2024 to share survey findings and discuss next steps. You can view the presentation slides about the survey findings here [PDF].

Original introduction to the survey:

Weston Media Center and a group of resident volunteers have formed the Weston Local News Initiative to explore the creation of a new non-partisan, independent news outlet that is professionally staffed, regularly published, and focused on Weston. 

This anonymous survey only takes a few minutes — so please participate so that your voice is heard! Feel free to share the survey link with other household members or Weston residents. Thank you!
